• DJ data (stage name, bio, photos, Stripe Connect account, ID document, tax data).
• Booking, payment and messaging data between Client and DJ.
• Technical data (IP, browser, cookies — see Cookie Policy).

3. Zwecke und Rechtsgrundlagen

• Contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): account, booking and payment management.
• Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)): DAC7 reporting, tax, fraud prevention.
• Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)): marketing and non-essential cookies (withdrawable any time).
• Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)): platform security and service improvement.

4. Empfänger

Stripe Payments Europe (payment processing and Connect payouts), transactional-email providers (Resend), EU hosting provider, tax authorities where applicable (DAC7). We never sell your data.

5. Internationale Übermittlungen

Data is hosted in the EU. Where a processor operates outside the EEA, transfers rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and, where relevant, the EU-UK adequacy decision.

6. Speicherfristen

• User account: while active + 12 months.
• Billing & bookings: 10 years (accounting law).
• Consents: 5 years after withdrawal.
